We accept multiple payment methods such as Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
Payment must be made in full before dispatch (except for COD orders).

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
Shine Drop Oil is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Opened, used, or mishandled products are not eligible for return/refund.
