 Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, damaged packaging, wrong product delivered, or expired items.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with seal intact (if applicable).
 Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products (after breaking the seal)
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or natural wear
Change of mind or preference regarding taste, aroma, or color
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged/expired product).
Replacement Process
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we can replace it free of cost.
Replacement will be shipped within 2–5 business days after the return request is approved.
